13.9 Zero Range Value

The information reader function Zero Range Values counts the number of values falling within an interval of a defined value higher and lower than 0. Add the information reader function to the file or files you wish to count the number of values in an interval around 0 and open the tree beyond the file. Open the properties window with a double click on the count interval value and define the upper and the lower boundaries. They can be either defined as the actual value or as a percentage of the maximum value. To calculate the number of values within the interval the information reader function has to be executed.

The Zero Range Values function has the following dependencies:

Enter the range around 0 you wish to count the number of values for e.g. enter 5 to count the number of values falling in the interval from -5 to +5. The number can be either defined as the original value or as a percentage of the maximum value, e.g. setting a value of 10 % for a dataset with a maximum value of 200 would count all values falling in the interval from -20 to +20.
